Important Payment Information
Students must pay at least one-third of the total semester fees in cash, and submit two post-dated checks. The date of the second check should be payable before the beginning of the final exams as shown on the academic calendar.

Refund Policy

Student shall apply for a refund by submitting the specified form (Available at the Registration Department)
Application and Admission Fees are non-refundable.
Students who withdraw before semester commencement will be refunded 100% of the paid tuition fees.
Students who withdraw within one week of semester commencement will forfeit the 1/3 of the tuition fees. The College will return 2/3 of the tuition fees.
The entire semester tuition fee is non-refundable for students who withdraw after one week from semester commencement. This includes the PDC.
A student who is suspended or expelled from the College for disciplinary reasons forfeit all rights to any refunds

Scholarships & Discounts

CUCA is committed to offering top-quality education to students from all tiers of society, regardless of gender, race, religion, or nationality. CUCA recognizes that financial considerations play an important role in a student’s decision to pursue higher education. Hence, the College offers a number of grants, allowances and scholarships.

CUCA offers the following discounts and scholarships for students:

  • A scholarship of 20% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for undergraduate program.
  • A scholarship of 10% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for Health Science programs.
  • A scholarship of 15% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for graduate program.

The Individual Needs Scholarship is a type of scholarship awarded on a case-by-case basis. Students must present evidence of financial hardship to Student Affairs or Registration for approval. Students under this scholarship must maintain class attendance of not less than 80% and a certain CGPA approved by the scholarship committee.

The Merit Scholarship is upto 50% reduction of the tuition fee. CUCA awards this scholarship to new students with a secondary school score of 90% and above with a condition to maintain a CGPA 3.8 and above, and registering minimum of 15 CH in each semester.

The Rashid Bin Humaid Scholarship is a merit scholarship which aims to ensure that financial difficulties do not bar qualified students from pursuing higher education.

The scholarship is tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each student and may be provided via any of the following modes work-study opportunities, grants, allowances, and employment opportunities. Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation

Terms and Conditions:

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. To be a citizen of UAE from the Emirate of Ajman.
  2. To be an enrolled student at the university, and that includes
    – Regular students.
    – Students who stopped their education due to financial outstanding.
  3. The applicant must be enrolled at a Bachelor or Master’s degree
  4. Must have completed minimum 12 credit hours by the time of submitting the application.
  5. The applicant and his family should be within the low income segment
  6. Applicant CGPA must not be less than 2.5 at the time of the application submission. 
  7. The applicant should not have received a disciplinary action at the university, except for the warning penalty.
  8. Should not be receiving another financial support neither from the university, nor from any other external source.

Prospective graduate students are given priority for the financial assistance

 

Applicants must follow the below steps:

  1. Fill the electronic institution form at the university website
  2. Submit the list of documents, and they should be approved by the external authorities. All documents must be valid and must be attached to the application electronically.

Documents include:

  • A copy of the passport issued by the Emirate of Ajman.
  • A copy of the family book issued by the Emirate of Ajman.
  • A copy of the identity card.
  • Salary certificate.
  • All documents and other documents required to support the application.

 

  1. The application will be canceled if it does not fulfill the required documents.
  2. After the committee meeting, they may approve partial financial assistance or reject any of the applications, according to the case urgency and the supporting document. 
  3. Approved applications, will receive a maximum support of AED 30,000 during the length of the study.  
  4. The applicant will receive the final committee decision via text messages and e-mail.

 

The electronic application will be incomplete until submitting the original documents to the scholarship office at the College.

    You can pay fees through more than 170 branches of Al Ansari Exchange across the UAE, these branches are open from early morning until late at night, saving the time and effort of paying fees in the CUCA campus. Following are the steps for making payment:
