Organizations take out journeys to reach business excellence and these are never ending ones. As the competitive landscapes change, firms look out for new ways to improve their performance and excel in their field of business. For the last many decades, one path in this journey has been through quality management initiatives like Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO certifications, Business Excellence Awards and others. Another path is embracing innovative technologies which can provide sustained competitive advantage. Today, organizations have realized that technology and related infrastructure is not just an enabler but a driving force in their journey towards excellence. The COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdowns have made the digital transformation of organizational processes inevitable. This need for digital transformation has opened up a gamut of opportunities for organizations along with lots of challenges.
This international conference on the theme, “Business Excellence and Quality Management in The Digital Age” aims to provide a platform for academicians, researchers, industry practitioners and thought leaders to discuss the emerging changes which are being witnessed in the current business environment. We invite original research papers on this main theme and the proposed subthemes.

The above-mentioned list of sub themes is not an exhaustive one, research in any other relevant theme will be highly appreciated.

Abstract submission
“An unstructured abstact between 250-300 words should be submitted. The abstract should include the aim, methodology, findings, implications and orginality.”
All the abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings 15/10/2022.

Conference dates “28 and 29, November, 2022”
Paper Publication
All the abstracts will be published in Conference proceedings and selected papers will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals.
Best Paper Awards
Best Paper Award-Category-Regular Research
A Best Paper Award will be given by the Scientific Committee of CUCA. It will honor the author(s) of a paper of exceptional merit accepted and presented at the conference. All the paper presenters are eligible for this contest. The award winners are chosen by members of the scientific committee.
Best Paper Award – Category – Research scholar & students
MBA Conference award intends to recognize the students currently pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies. For applications to be valid, the applicant must also present the paper in the conference. The award winners are chosen by members of the scientific committee.
