Artificial Intelligence UAE Coders at CU Ajman

His Excellency Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi graduates the second batch of Artificial Intelligence UAE Coders at CU Ajman.

Ajman, United Arab Emirates:  His Excellency Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Ports and Customs Department and City University Ajman (CU Ajman) Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, witnessed the graduation of the second batch of students from the Artificial Intelligence training program hosted at CU Ajman, in the presence of University President, Mr. Imran Khan, Director General of Sandooq Al Watan, Mr. Mohamed Al Qadhi, and the General Supervisor of the Program, Mr. Ahmed Al Raisi.

The Artificial Intelligence training program is a part of Sandooq Al Watan initiatives to prepare Emirati youth and provide them with the knowledge and experience to support the integration of AI into their future careers. His Excellency was briefed on the projects completed by the students through their educational journey and the skills acquired during the Artificial Intelligence phase of the UAE Coder Program.

Commenting at the event, H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi said: “We are proud to witness the graduation of the second batch of students from the AI program, which is in-line with the objectives and visions of our wise leadership in the development of national competencies and building a generation which speaks the language of the future. These initiatives promote the empowerment of local cadres and provide them with the skills and knowledge to apply the techniques of Artificial Intelligence and benefit from them in the development of future intelligent services.”

Mr. Imran Khan, CU Ajman President, stated: “We are pleased to be a part of an initiative which creates a pool of talent that will have the skills and knowledge required for the future job market and will enable them to contribute to the development of the UAE”.

The Artificial Intelligence Program batch included 100 students, targeted students from age groups seven to fourteen years, and lasted for a period of three months.
